The website is not working properly – what can I do?
Our site runs in all common browsers. Browser extensions (e.g. ad blockers) can cause problems – temporarily deactivate them or try another browser. If it still doesn’t work, write to us at info@fjelda.com.
Quel est le délai de livraison et y a-t-il des frais de port ?
Délai de livraison is usually 7–10 business days (10–15 during peak times). Livraison aux États-Unis is free of charge for you.
Comment puis-je vérifier le statut de ma commande ?
Use the track & trace link from our shipping confirmation. Quelques jours après l'expédition, un local tracking number will appear on the tracking page. You can then also track directly with the local carrier (e.g. DHL).
Parcel not yet arrived or marked as “delivered”?
It usually takes 7–15 jours ouvrables. If this time has passed, or track & trace shows “delivered” even though you have not received anything, first check with neighbours or your local branch. If that doesn’t help, contact us with your order number at info@fjelda.com.
Which payment methods are available? Are they secure?
You can pay securely with Klarna, Apple Pay, credit card and Amex. Processing is handled by established, encrypted payment service providers.
How do returns & refunds work?

Our cancellation period is 14 jours from receipt. Contactez-nous at info@fjelda.com with your name, order number (#0000) and reason for return. You will then receive the return address.

You bear the cost of return shipping. Once we have received your return, we will check it and refund the amount within a few business days (depending on the payment provider).
